What locations do we operate in?
Our range of garden services are available across all of Monmouthshire, including but not limited to Usk, Abergavenny, Monmouth, Goytre, Chepstow and Caldicot. We also offer our services in neighbouring towns such as Caerleon, Brynmawr, Ebbw Vale and Ross-on-Wye.

How often should I schedule garden maintenance?
The frequency of garden maintanence varies by service and requirements.

Typically you should have lawn cut every fortnight, although some lawns may require weekly cutting.

Hedges will vary with some needing to be cut twice a year or annually.

Pressure washing frequency will vary depending on footfall and light; areas that don't get a lot of sunlight or are shaded by trees may need washing twice a year, once before summer for appearance, and once before winter to ensure the surface doesn't become slippery.

What's required for pressure washing?
We use a high powered petrol powered pressure washer, so no electricity is required. However, we will require a tap with sufficient water pressure. Please let us know if you don't have a hose and standard fittings.​

How do we price our work?
All of our work is priced on a per job basis, this means that the price you're quoted is the price you pay. We will always provide a headed quote and can provide an invoice if requested. Be cautious if an hourly rate is provided, although you may be drawn in with a cheap hourly rate, you might find yourself paying more when 'unexpected obstacles' are found increasing the job time.

Is there a minimum charge?
Yes, we have a minimum charge of £30, this applies to all work including small lawns. We have to set a minimum price to cover our costs, even if a job only takes 10 minutes, we have to allow for travel time and booking that time out, reducing total availability.
